Only for Companies and/or external consultants that represent them and are using AGILE frameworks in their projects, for example. SCRUM   or other similar ones.

Format: Webinar - Hands On,  in which you will work with your own real project and needs.

Event Structure

Prior to the Event

• The assistant must choose from all his  own Projects in the company, the most critical and/or representative to be analyzed and diagnosed.
• In your email after registering, you will receive a link to access the SCRUMdrops tool, which will carry out the diagnosis of efficiency in the use of AGILE in the project.
• You must answer the questions required by SCRUMdrops, necessary to carry out the diagnosis.(*)
• The results will be sent to you by email immediately after the end of the first stage of the webinar. (**)

(*) Throughout the event, critical or confidential information about your project and/or company will not be required.

(**) The diagnosis will be sent by email to the indicated box, at the beginning of the break once the Agile Expert's presentation is over, so as not to distract their attention.

During the event

• 45 min - Presentation according to the attached agenda,
• 15 min - Break. In your email you will find the SCRUMdrops report, with the degree of efficiency in the use of this framework that will answer the initial question if the company is one of those that are part of the 40% or that do things well.
• 30 min - General analysis of the cases diagnosed by SCRUMdrops in the event. We recommend that webinar attendees write down their questions throughout these minutes, which they can then ask the AGILE experts in the final stage.
• 30 min - Conversation, with specific questions and answers.
