The webinar will be mentored by Lic. Daniel Sachi, a prominent professional consultant specializing in human capital and organization management with recognized leadership experience in multinational companies and local ventures.
His proposal is a 2-week pedagogical and experimental journey, with 10 classes of 2 hours a day, plus a total of 40 estimated hours of practical work with constant review and mentoring.
The main objective of the webinar is to address the complete application of the SCRUM methodology for the role of Master, with the addition of ROI Agile Master functions. The participants, after finishing the course, presenting the practical work and receiving feedback from them, will have 90 days to take their official certification exam.
