The webinar will be mentored by Lic. Daniel Sachi, a prominent professional consultant specializing in human capital and organization management with recognized leadership experience in multinational companies and local ventures.
His proposal is a pedagogical and experimental path of2 weeks, with 10 classes of 2 hours a day, plus a total of20 estimated hours in practical workto develop outside of class, with constant review and mentoring.
The main objective of the webinar is to address the complete application of the SCRUM frameworks for the role of Master, with the addition of ROI Agile Master functions.
The participants, after finishing the course, presenting the practical work and receiving feedback from them, will have 90 days to take their official certification exam (the certification is optional and has a cost of U$S 50.-).
For the certification, the accreditation of 5000 hours of participation in projects is required, in any function within them.
