Privacy Policy de www.roiagile.com It is applicable to all users of the website from the moment they browse it and/or accept the Terms and Conditions of Use, and its objective is to make users aware of the treatment that ROI AGILE INTERNATIONAL will give you your personal data.

1. General Provisions. The personal information of users is extremely important to ROI AGILE INTERNATIONAL. That is why we use all the administrative and technical means at our disposal, as well as all the necessary legal safeguards to ensure the protection of personal data and privacy in accordance with the provisions of Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data, the Regulatory Decree 1558/2001 and the Provisions of the National Directorate for the Protection of Personal Data (DNPDP).

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information of users that have been obtained through the use of the website and the contracting of the services offered on it.

2. Ways of obtaining data. ROI AGILE INTERNATIONAL will collect personal data from users through forms and interactions within the website, such as ROI Agile Net, the Forums, the Jobs Section, the Job Searches, the comments on the Blog, the Newsletters, the electronic communications, and the profiles on social networks.

3. Data collected. Website users provide two types of information a ROI AGILE INTERNATIONAL: (1) data that the user provides and uploads voluntarily to the Site when decide to subscribe to any of the Services or Register as a member, and (2) traffic data that is generated when browsing the website.
