Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or SAFe Scrum Master) required/ (CSP, PSM II) a plus

• Certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or have an equivalent certification in Project Management with experience running large complex projects.

• Experience executing the scrum master role for a minimum of one year, diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.

• Excellent facilitation, situational awareness, and conflict resolution skills

• Knowledge of burndown techniques, retrospective formats, bug bashing, Kanban, etc.

• Working knowledge and experience with projects using various software development methodologies including waterfall and Agile.

• Experience in full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Strong written and verbal English language communication skills.

• Strong presentation skills, emotional intelligence and leadership presence.

 

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 2 years' experience working in an agile development environment to deliver product(s) to production.

• At least 1 years' experience managing projects, including scope analysis, commitment and dependency tracking, managing issues and risk mitigation.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalency (CS, CE, CIS, IS, MIS, or engineering discipline)

• Preferred technologies experience

• Azure Devops or Atlassian suite

• miro board or similar

 

Desired Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SaaS release methodologies

• Experience in solution delivery using common methodologies especially SAFe Agile
